How to Give Stockpilot Support Temporary Access to Your Account

To help you as quickly and efficiently as possible, Stockpilot Support may occasionally need access to your account. Here's how you can securely grant our team access.


  1. Log into Stockpilot
    Go to app.stockpilot.com and log in with your user credentials.

  2. Go to Account info> Users
    Click on your profile, then select Users.

  3. Accept Stockpilot Support

    • Scroll Down

    • Accept the pending request from Stockpilot Support

  4. Let Us Know
    Once the request is accepted, please notify us so we can start troubleshooting.
