In this article, you’ll learn how the Stockpilot B2B portal works for your customers. This includes creating a B2B account, ordering products, and more.

Below is an example of a Stockpilot B2B portal. As you can see, you can use your own domain name for the portal and customize the landing page, for example with your own logo.

To access the B2B portal, your customers first need to create an account. They can do this by clicking on ‘Register’ on the login page. This will take them to a form where they can fill in their details such as name, company name, email address, address, and optionally a VAT number.

You will receive the confirmation of the new registration by email. With the information from this registration, you can add the customer in Stockpilot and grant access to the B2B portal. You can read more about this in this article.

After your approval, customers can return to the login page, click on the ‘Sign In’ button, and log in using their account credentials
